Project Overview: Execution of the primary flooring for a historic private villa on Lake Maggiore. The intervention combines the traditional technique of Venetian seminato alla veneziana with handcrafted artistic mosaic details and semi-precious stone inlays. Key Highlights: ● Venetian Seminato with Mosaic Inlays: Continuous seminato flooring integrated with custom central medallions and decorative perimeter borders featuring handcrafted mosaic corner inserts. ● Precious Marbles & Onyx Selection: Incorporation of rare semi-precious stones and onyx varieties, selected to provide high chromatic depth and natural luminosity within the mosaic compositions. ● 100% Hand-Cut Tesserae: Every single tessera was individually hand-cut from marble slabs on all four sides. The complete exclusion of semi-industrial or pre-cut components yields an authentic historic texture and execution.
