Project Overview: Architectural design and master craftsmanship execution of bespoke marine-themed marble mosaic flooring and wall cladding for an ultra-luxury private residence in Forte dei Marmi, Italy. Crafted to form an integrated architectural surface surrounding a solid marble Jacuzzi structure, interpreting the natural environment of the Versilia coast through figurative depictions of sea shells, corals, and large nautilus forms. Key Highlights: ● Surface Textures & Dimensionality: On the wall cladding within the hydrotherapy Jacuzzi area, the juxtaposition of split-face natural marble with pre-polished inserts creates textural contrast, enhancing color vibrance and providing a three-dimensional depth to the marine figures. ● Seamless Floor Finish: The marble mosaic flooring beneath and surrounding the Jacuzzi was ground and polished on-site, converting the entire composition into a continuous natural stone surface slab with virtually imperceptible joint lines. ● Natural Motifs & Material Selection: Custom figurative design supported by rigorous stone selection, accurately capturing the subtle chromatic shades of corals, nautilus shells, and sea life, framed by classical wave-pattern meanders.
