Project Overview: Execution of extensive indoor and outdoor Palladiana terrazzo and micro-palladiana surfaces across a lakefront residential complex in Blevio, Lake Como. The multi-month project encompassed custom template fabrication for curved wellness volumes, precision quirk mitered edge detailing, and lakeside monumental paving. Key Highlights: ● Curved Micro-Palladiana Application (Hammam): Complete wall, ceiling, and shaped seating cladding executed in fine-scale micro-palladiana. Marble elements were pre-cut on custom fiberglass templates off-site and installed using pre-polished natural marble tiles. ● Continuous Quirk Mitered Joints: Pool and hydromassage coping edges assembled with precise 45-degree quirk mitered joints using color-matched marble tesserae to ensure seamless visual continuity along external corners. ● Monumental Lakeside Paving: Large-format Palladiana paving laid across the lakefront terrace in Blevio, Lake Como, framed by a detailed ornamental mosaic perimeter border.
